Joanne Graham is a well-known wildlife artist. Her technique for creating art has earned her the praises of artists and laymen alike. Joanne does not use brushes. Her lifelike portraits of wildlife subjects and people are painted utilizing her fingers as her only tools. She creates her works in soft pastels, which are pure color pigments.
Joanne was most recently commissioned for the 2007/2008 CA Upland Game Stamp (see first print to the left). She has had numerous honors and awards presented to her by Idaho Ducks Unlimited, California Ducks Unlimited, Oregon Ducks Unlimited, the California Waterfowl Association, and the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
